Chevening Scholarships

Each year, the University of Aberdeen enrols a number of international graduate students awarded a prestigious Chevening Scholarship. Chevening Scholarships are the UK government’s global scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations. The programme makes awards to outstanding scholars with leadership potential from around the world to study postgraduate courses at UK universities.



 

 

The University of Aberdeen recently signed an agreement with FIDERH, the Fund for Human Resource Development of the Bank of Mexico.

Through this partnership, the University is offering a 15% discount on the tuition fee to students who are granted a Bank of Mexico FIDERH loan.

Students must hold an offer from the University of Aberdeen to a Masters or a PhD degree at the following colleges or schools:

Students already in receipt or due to receive a CONACYT scholarship are not eligible.

FUNED

The University of Aberdeen recently signed an agreement with FUNED, Fundacion Mexicana para la Educacion, la Tecnologia Y la Ciencia, A.C..

This funding is directed at Mexican nationals that have received an unconditional offer from the University of Aberdeen for a Master programme in the fields of Arts and Social Sciences, Business and Natural and Computing Sciences. FUNED sponsored students are granted 15% discount on tuition fees. Please note that students sponsered by CONACyT are not eligible. Último día para enviar su solicitud, a excepción de los siguientes documentos:

  • Admisión a una universidad en el extranjero.
  • Comprobación de tener los fondos adicionales para cubrir el costo total de la maestría.
  • Documentación del aval solidario.

Los anteriores documentos podrán ser presentados hasta el 15 de mayo del 2017.

Entrevistas presenciales (no virtuales) en Guadalajara, Jalisco a los candidatos preseleccionados.

Se darán a conocer los seleccionados que recibirán el ofrecimiento de una beca CONDICIONADA a que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en el siguiente punto.

Examen Socioeconómico en los domicilio particulares de los candidatos finalistas.

 1º de mayo del 2018

Último día para entregar documentos comprobatorios de:

  • Carta de admisión de la universidad en el extranjero a la que asistirá.
  • Obtención de la totalidad de fondos necesarios para terminar la maestría seleccionada.
  • Información de su aval, con un reporte especial favorable emitido por el Buró de Crédito (www.burodecredito.com.mx), y datos del inmueble aportado como garantía.

International Undergraduate Scholarship

As part of our commitment to attracting the very best students to join our diverse international community, we are delighted to offer the University of Aberdeen International Undergraduate Scholarship. This scholarship is worth one year’s tuition fee and is open to all international undergraduate students studying for 4 years or more at the University of Aberdeen (excludes Medicine). 

What does this mean?

  • If you are an international student entering into an undergraduate degree programme of at least four years duration we will offer you a scholarship equivalent to the tuition fee for your fourth year (excludes medicine)

The SWSF Scholarship - Undergraduate

South West Shopfittings are delighted to offer an annual scholarship for UK based undergraduates and postgraduates of £500 to help with living expenses, materials or accommodation.

CDA MSc Petroleum Data Management Scholarships

Common Data Access Ltd (CDA), a not-for-profit subsidiary of Oil & Gas UK which provides data management services to the UK oil and gas industry, is offering two CDA MSc Petroleum Data Management Scholarships. Each scholarship is valued at £5,000 for the duration of the MSc Petroleum Data Management degree and will contribute towards the programme tuition fees.
