We are delighted to receive Shell's support for programmes that are providing applied training in Aberdeen to students who will form part of the city's and region's future.
The MSc Geophysics (Energy Resources Geophysics Pathway) is designed to equip students with the skills for careers in the energy transition, hydrocarbon and minerals exploration, renewable energy, environmental sciences, earth data science and machine learning, and associated service industries, or broader geophysics research.
Application Procedure
Step 1: Apply for the MSc Geophysics (full-time) via the University of Aberdeen Postgraduate Application Portal. You will need a valid application ID number to apply for a scholarship.
If you have already applied, for September 2024, proceed directly to Step 2 below.
Step 2: Submit your scholarship application using the Shell Energy Geophysics Scholarship Application form. You must complete the application form in full and upload all requested supporting documentation. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview.
