Review of Regrading Policy and Procedure and Career Progression for Professional Services staff

A sub-group of the RCNG is taking forward a review of the Regrading Policy and Procedure based on the experience of its operation since it was implemented in 2021 and considering what  enhancements can be made.  In addition, the Group will be considering other aspects of career progression for Professional Services staff and what further steps can be taken including considering the creation of arrangements for secondments, work shadowing and other development opportunities to support progression of Professional Services staff.
