The University has a Project Management Methodology in place, supplemented with a range of resources, including templates and 'how to' guides.

Project Management Methodology

The University’s Project Management Methodology is based on PRINCE2 and informed by other professional standards. It has been designed as a simple and accessible guide for all staff across the University and can be applied to projects of all type and sizes.
