Rowett is hosting an event as part of the 30th anniversary of TechFEST
In our atrium will be a showcase of our research so visitors can expand their knowledge and do activities on what nutrients are important and where to find them. From activities on measuring your diet and lifestyle’s environmental impact to making smoothies from vertical farm microgreens, there is something for everyone. Professor Alex Johnstone will also be giving a talk at 2.30pm on healthy and sustainable diets in Scotland.
