This talk concerns Dr. Griebler's research on high-level parallel programming abstractions, stream processing, research tools to perform benchmarks on several parallel computing architectures and distributed systems, and recent data science projects with industry and academic partners. Finally, he will present opportunities for collaborating with Brazil, especially with PUCRS's institutional project of internationalization that is suitable for Ph.D. students and professors from the University of Aberdeen.
