Research Overview
Research interests are around food policy issues which are linked to obesity especially where it concerns food marketing in the retail sector. Interested in examining how we can improve the nutritional environments in our day to day lives wherein eating healthy is easy.
Current Research
Carried out a review for the Scottish Government to inform the 'Supporting healthy Choices' document around healthy options for children’s menus from restaurants, cafes and takeaways.
