The facility is fully operational with Illumina Miseq, Illumina NextSeq500, Ion Torrent Proton sequencers and specialised ancillary equipment for library preparation and QC/QA in next generation sequencing, Oxford Nanopore for long read sequencing, a dedicated single-cell lab with 10x Genomics Chromium system for single cell RNAseq, ATACseq and CNV detection, and a low-copy DNA lab for archaeology or other low copy specimens.
