The Forth Bridge: the World Heritage Journey

On Sunday 5^th July 2015, the forth Bridge was inscribed onto the World Heritage list by UNESCO at the 39^th session of the World Heritage Committee. This lecture describes how the Bridge came to be Scotland’s 6^th World Heritage Site, and how it was the first successful UK nomination since 2009.
