There are two museums on campus. King’s Museum (now in the Old Town House) has exhibitions changing every few months, while the Zoology Museum is the only large, international exhibition of zoological specimens in the north of Scotland. Update: The Zoology Museum is closed for refurbishment from 5th Dec 2013 until mid-January 2014.
The University's museum collections are Recognised as of national significance and are very varied and rich.
We offer a range of exciting workshops for primary schools based on the fantastic collections of the University Museums.
The museums host a number of projects, discovering more about the collections and making them more accessible to visitors.
