Founders' Week - Discovery Day: Open to All

Join us for a day of family-friendly fun celebrating research at the University of Aberdeen.

Join us for a family friendly day with more than 20 interactive, hands-on activities from researchers across the universities where you can discover the life changing impact of research from the University of Aberdeen.

TechFest will be in attendance with some of their family-friendly STEM activities. In addtion, PhD students from the university will be displaying Images of Research. This initiative has students telling their research through an eye-catching image or decoration. Attendees will be able to vote on the day for their favourite image.

There will be tours to explore our historic campus at:

The Zoology Museum will also be open all day.

This Discovery Day is part of a week of activities celebrating the founding of the University of Aberdeen in 1495.
