On World Food Day, October 16, this lecture on rice will consider how we can address three of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Zero hunger, No Poverty and Climate Action.

The Lecture, delivered by Professor Adam Price, will consider how the future of rice production will effect food supplies, employment and climate change. You’ll also hear how you can reduce your own carbon footprint through the food you eat.

The lecture is being delivered as part of the Aurora Universities Network Lecture Series.

Complimentary refreshments will be provided. Doors open at 6pm.
