In conjunction with International Development Week, Medsin Aberdeen and Centre For Sustainable International Development proudly present the Global Health and Development Night.

'Insights into Global Health and Development'There will be a mix of short presentations and student-made films which cover various interesting topics. This includes issues such as HIV in adolescent girls, Neglected tropical diseases in women, Schistosomiasis in children, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Girls' Education and many more!

There will also be an panel discussion for students to share their experiences and for you to ask questions about the topics/courses in Sustainable International Development (6th Century Course) or Global Health and Humanities (3rd year medicine course).

On top of that Medsin Aberdeen will bring you a short presentation on Access to Essential Medicines. If you are interested to know what it is all about, make sure you come along.FREE Shuttle buses are leaving from the Old University Campus at the side of Sir Duncan Rice Library.
