This FREE workshop is aimed at PhD students and early career researchers who are either working in interdisciplinary research or who currently work in a single discipline but intend to move into interdisciplinary work in the future.
To provide a platform for discussion, participants are invited to give a short presentation at the workshop (5mins) relating to their experiences in interdisciplinary research. Presented case studies should be relevant to one of the following categories: 1) What makes interdisciplinary work successful?, 2) Obstacles to making an impact with interdisciplinary research, 3) Evaluating the success and impact of interdisciplinary research, 4) How can future interdisciplinary work be improved? 5) Moving from single disciplines to interdisciplinary research: experiences and lessons.
