  with Drambuie cream, served hot

• Salmon and watercress terrine
  with lemon crème fraîche and micro herb salad

• Confit duck and pistachio terrine
  wrapped in Parma ham and served with fig chutney

• Crab tian
  with cucumber and Hendrix gin jelly, chervil and pickled cucumber salad

Selection C

£8.15 per person

• Sugar cured beef
  with Asian slaw and coriander pesto

• Pressed guinea fowl terrine
  with pickled shiitake mushroom and sherry vinegar dressing

• Whisky cured hot smoked salmon
  with caper dill and potato salad

• Seared tuna niçoise
  with quails egg, lemon and oregano dressing

• Asian spiced duck confit
  with pickled plums and coriander
