Embracing Online Interviews, Thorpe Molloy McCulloch
The adoption of video communication exploded last year and it is now a familiar tool in the recruitment process. Using video calls with family and friends has become second nature but it’s not such a comfortable experience when the pressure is on to shine in a job interview.
The session will give attendees an opportunity to hear from experienced recruiters who will explain the different styles of online interviews, provide practical guidance on how to prepare and highlight the mistakes people make which sabotage their interview success. In addition, there will be an opportunity to ask any burning questions you might have at the end of the session.
