This first business breakfast will take a look at leadership and the future of work as seen through the eyes of millennials and what the implications for organisations might be. This will be a fully interactive session which will encourage reflection on current personal style, the impact of differing styles on organisational behaviour, and provide practical ideas to help navigate the changing work environment to build a high performing culture.
