During the Easter break DDIS have upgraded PC hardware in the following areas:

• MacRobert - 104
• Meston - LT5
• Sir Duncan Rice Library - Floors 1 & 3
• St Marys - B28
• Taylor Law Library
• William Guild - S26
The new PC's (220 in total) are HP All-In-One (AIO) units with the following specification:
Processor: Intel i5 13500 - 14 Core
Memory: 16GB DDR5
Hard disk: 1 TB SSD
Monitor: 23.8" Screen
The new AIO's also help with cable management on desks (see before & after photos):
Can we also take this opportunity to remind students not to unplug devices? We need them plugged in to facilitate out-of-hours deployment of security patches & updated security configurations, which help protect the data & identity of everyone on campus.
