Aberdeen City Council have advised they will be carrying out carriageway resurfacing works on Elphinstone Road and Meston Walk from 26 July until 6 August. The works will take place between 0700 and 1500.
Meston Walk will be completed first - once Meston Walk is completed, access to the High Street will be possible from Bedford Road/Meston Walk as the current one way system will be suspended.
In order to carry out the works, it will be necessary to close the roads to through traffic. However, essential access for emergency vehicles, deliveries and residents will be maintained, but some users may experience some brief delays: please advise anyone accessing the area for deliveries, etc to take direction from the on-site operatives.
