Are you ready for a brand new year? If (like us!) you could use a little push towards making meaningful lifestyle changes over the coming year, this alumni event is not to be missed. This session promises to be packed with advice on fitness, nutrition and mindfulness to help you make 2019 a great year.
We will have Professor Alex Johnstone from the Rowett Institute talking about nutrition, and Aberdeen Sports Village will also be there showing us how we can all make a little time for exercise in our hectic lives. There will also be some tips on mindfulness and maintaining your mental health, as well as the chance to mingle and catch-up with fellow alumni. Tickets are £5 per person, including delicious refreshments which won’t harm your diet. Please feel free to book additional tickets if you wish to bring any guests along.
