RefWorks is a useful online tool that allows references and full-text items to be stored online and then your essays and reports can be formatted with in-text citations and lists of references in many different referencing styles. 

In the session we will introduce you to: 

• Transferring references from databases into your RefWorks account
• Managing the collection of references in your account
• Formatting Word documents with in-text citations and bibliographies with RCM
