It is our pleasure to welcome all new law students who start their studies at the University of Aberdeen in September 2025.
For undergraduate students there will be mandatory library tours on Wednesday the 17th of September (between 9 am and 4 pm) and Thursday the 18th of September (between 3 pm and 4 pm). Please check your university emails to find out your group allocation.
For postgraduate students, Janet MacKay, Information Consultant for Law, will present an induction talk in Room C11 (Taylor Building Block C) on Thursday the 18th of September 2025 between 1 – 2 pm. On the same day, right after the talk, there will also be two library tours in Taylor Library for postgraduate students between 2 pm and 3 pm.
As a modern academic law library, we can offer paper collections as well as e-resources and access to legal databases.
