Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is one of the most diverse and unpredictable of medical conditions. We will identify the challenges that patients, clinicians and researchers encounter and explore potential solutions.

Join us for an informal discussion bringing together the public with leading figures in medicine and biosciences. At Cafe MED we invite our top researchers and clinicians to discuss how current research is being translated into improved treatments and care.

The Cafe MED series runs from January until May. All events are FREE to attend and require no advance booking. You can see the full programme of events here.

This event is part of British Science Week. Each March the British Science Association Aberdeen Branch brings you dozens of events to celebrate the UK's only national festival of science.

The programme has events for people of all ages and interests including talks and activity days. There is a full programme of events taking place from the 13th to the 22nd of March around Aberdeen.
