What makes a cosmo or a mojito taste so good? How do they come up with the right combinations for a fancy new cocktail? A chance to explore science in a less formal environment, with an in-depth, hands-on look at the chemistry and biology of cocktails. Engage in an Cocktail Glass exploration of your favourite tipples with the expertise of researchers from the University of Aberdeen, Rowett Institute for Nutrition and Health and Tiger Tiger’s expert bar tenders.
