This is a past event

The Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health will be engaging schools and families with a range of fun interactive activities on the theme of sustainable diets.

Staff from the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health are once again delighted to accept an invitation from The Royal Highland Education Trust to organise a schools workshop and display for the general public in the Education Centre at The Royal Highland Show.  A range of fun and thought-provoking activities will help visitors to think about the food they buy and eat from a range of different perspectives including provenance, price, taste, and nutritional value.  The display is open to the public all day Saturday and Sunday.  (Thursday and Friday are designated schools days and a workshop will be run for a packed programme of visiting schools).

The Rowett exhibit is a not to be missed fixture at this huge annual event in the Scottish calendar, and has already attracted attention from VIPs, including MSP Roseanna Cunningham, mingling alongside the public visitors.
