This year marks the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the printing press in Aberdeen, which was brought to the city by Edward Raban in the early summer of 1622. 

Join Professor Peter Reid of Robert Gordon University to explore who Edward Raban was and the impact he and his work had on Aberdeen and beyond.

This anniversary is being celebrated in partnership with Raban 400, Robert Gordon University, the University of Aberdeen Special Collections, Peacock & the Worm, and Aberdeen City Council Library and Information Service.
