Join curator Jenny Downes for a look into these collections and the fascinating history of John Rae's exploration.

During preparation for the exhibition ‘The Northwest Passage’, museum staff found many interesting items in the University of Aberdeen’s rare books and museum collections relating to Arctic exploration, especially the travels of John Rae in the 1840s and 50s.

This talk is part of a series of short talks covering a range of fascinating topics from gaming to exploration. Each talk will be 20 minutes long with time for Questions at the end. Book in for one talk or all!
