On August 21 2022 the Aberdeen Multicultural Centre’s ‘Aberdeen Mela’ will be staged at Westburn Park. Today’s event showcases some talented local performers and offers a taste of the kinds of music, song, and dance that audiences can encounter at the Mela.
Marvel at the singing skills of both the children of Bornomala Aberdeen and the Polish-Scottish Song Group and experience wonderful dance performances by Indian classical dancers Shashwati Vinod and Aarna Sharma & the Energetic Kids.
To close the event, audiences will hear from talented Scottish Culture and Traditions’ (SC&T) Youth project musicians.
