As part of the University of Aberdeen Business Breakfast Series, Derek Auchie from the School of Law will give a presentation on: Resolving Disputes Out of Court.
Negotiation, mediation and arbitration can lead to rapid and cost-effective resolution of even the most entrenched disputes. In this seminar, these processes and techniques will be discussed and practical examples will be included.
