Join us for a performance and talk on 'Over 100 Years of Women and the Saxophone'

Composer Charlotte Harding and saxophonist Amy Green launched their project ‘Over 100 Years of Women and the Saxophone’ at the World Saxophone Congress in Strasbourg in 2015, and it has since been performed at the Royal College of Music and the First International Conference on Women’s Work in Bangor.

Following International Women’s Day, Charlotte and Amy are giving this lecture-recital with pianist Christine Zerafa at the University of Aberdeen.

It is as part of 'Spotlight on Her’, a new three-day event in Aberdeen to celebrate female performers on and around International Women’s Day on 7th-9th March. 'Spotlight on Her' is supported by Aberdeen City Council and the University of Aberdeen Development Trust.

Admission is free, Booking is required HERE , doors open at 18:00.
