Join us for a Jazz workshop with Georgina.
Georgina Jackson is a top jazz singer and trumpeter who recently performed in ‘Swing No End’ at the BBC Proms 2017.
In collaboration with Jazz at the Blue Lamp, and on International Women’s Day, Georgina will be taking a jazz workshop and Q&A at the University of Aberdeen.
The session is split into two categories, please book seperately for both below. Suitable for all skill levels, and spectators welcome!
'Spotlight on Her’ is a new three-day event in Aberdeen to celebrate female performers on and around International Women’s Day on 7th-9th March. 'Spotlight on Her' is supported by Aberdeen City Council and the University of Aberdeen Development Trust.
Admission is free, Booking is required.
