The popular annual celebration of buildings in Aberdeen. There will be 48 buildings open and lots of special events. All for free!
Doors Open Day is one of the most popular events in Aberdeen. There will be 48 venues open free of charge from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 9 September with two buildings also open on Sunday 10 September.
This year will see a record 12 new buildings open such as the Donside Hydro and Adventure Aberdeen, featuring lots of special events, so be sure to get along to the local history fair at the Town House, or hear the archaeology talks at the Carmelite Hotel (Sunday 10 September only) and try some hands on science at the Institute of Medical Sciences.
