In this final lecture of the Winter Millennium Development Goals Lecture series we will be discussing Goal 8: developing a global partnership for development. Malcolm Bruce MP is currently the President of the Scottish Liberal Democrats and in Parliament is the Chair of the influential International Development Select Committee. Malcolm has held a number of high profile Party spokesmanships in Westminster including Trade and Industry, Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Treasury.
The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion including members of GCID, CTPI and Christian Aid.
