'HIV, A Threat to Stability and Security?

Dr Homans is currently working with the UN on a report to document progress since the adoption of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1308. This resolution was the first to address an issue of human development by the Security Council due to the perceived threat of the HIV epidemic to stability and security.
The presentation will assess the current situation and whether this threat remains.
