Sheelah O'Reilly is Director of IOD Parc in Edinburgh and has over 23 years of working with international organisations engaged in development. Sheelagh has worked with bilateral, multilateral, academic institutions and INGOs and has a broad background within the natural resources arena covering industrial management and research, academia and field project implementation linked to policy development. Her experience gained in these varied institutional environments enables her to take a broad view of the conditions necessary for the development of inclusive approaches to renewable natural resource management including forestry, climate change, water/sanitation and biodiversity conservation. This experience is linked to an understanding of international legal regimes including those associated with environment, human rights, trade (including IPR), climate change and corporate social responsibility.
