Aberdeen Climate Action's next Climate Cafe, is on Using the Law to Defend the Climate.

Prof Thomas Muinzer, Co-director, Energy Law Centre, University of Aberdeen, will give a talk under the title “Law and the Climate Emergency: International and National Frameworks”.

Ben Christman, Environmental Rights Centre for Scotland, will give a talk under the title “How to use human rights law to tackle the climate crisis”.

Hannah Darnell, RGU, will give a talk under the title “People Power and Planning”.

Three 20-minute presentations will be followed by an opportunity for you to ask the speakers questions and participate in the discussion.
