The event will kick off with a presentation by Nik Gowing on his book Thinking the Unthinkable: A New Imperative for leadership in a Disruptive Age, followed by a discussion of the nexus of geopolitics and political leadership in a time of tectonic changes that are transforming the world.
• Nik Gowing is the author of Thinking the Unthinkable, a former BBC news anchor, & a Visiting Professor at King's College London
• Roland Koch is a lawyer, the former Minister President of the State of Hesse, who is now Professor of Management Practice at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
• Ulrich Schlie is Professor of Practice at the Centre for Diplomacy at Andrássy University & former Political Director of the German Ministry of Defence
• Thomas Weber is the Director of the Centre for Global Security and Governance
