Our paper " Clinton et al. Gill Transcriptomic Responses to Toxin-producing Alga Prymnesium parvum in Rainbow Trout" is now available online, here we examine the gill response to toxins produced by the algae Prymnesium parvum. P parvum is a major contributor to toxic alage blooms. Thisis the first reserach into the transcritome of the gill response to this alage.
