A registered dietitian working within the Rowett Institute who manages the activities in the kitchen laboratories in the Human Nutrition Unit, with a focus on designing diets to meet specific protocols across all research themes and preparing diets for study participants. Involved in dietary assessment and teaching nutrition at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She provides a food labelling service to industry and is involved in a range of knowledge exchange activities.
