Accessibility Information
From the car park, the Castle is reached by walking approx. 300m along an earth path to the headland, there are then over 200 concrete steps from the cliff top to the entrance kiosk which is located within the Castle.
The Castle has numerous areas of uneven ground and therefore suitably robust footwear should be worn when visiting - for example, smooth soled shoes, high heels and flip flops are not suitable.
Benches are placed throughout the Castle to allow visitors to pause and rest while they explore the historic ruins.
