Abstract
This feature critically re-examines the authors’ earlier work on assessment in Inuit Nunangat, acknowledging how prior efforts to adapt southern assessment practices failed to escape colonial frameworks. It critiques the normalization of retrofitting Inuit worldviews into Western paradigms and calls for genuinely decolonized approaches that honour Inuit ways of knowing and learning.
