About

Biography

In the context of chemical and process engineering, my research covers a range of problems from the utilization of carbon dioxide to the conversion of waste plastics and from sustainability to safety.

Earlier, I worked at the University of California, Berkeley for 3-year as a Post-Doc and at the University of the Punjab for over 10 years that I left as an associate professor in chemical engineering. I attended MINES ParisTech and the Technical University of Denmark for PhD in chemical and process engineering with Docteur de L’Union Européenne, I attended the University of Aberdeen for a PgCert in Higher Education.

I am the Guest Editor of a special issue of Molecules on "chemical recycling of waste plastics"; Molecules is an open-access journal that is ranked at Q1 in chemistry (miscellaneous) by SJR and has an Impact Factor of 4.411.

I am accepting new PhD students; please get in touch if you are interested.
