What should you do?

You don’t need to do anything. The Konica Minolta MFDs may look different but they connect to our existing print queues and print management tools.

The touch screen interface on the new devices is slightly different, so we’ll display a set of Posters next to each MFD to help you get started. We’re also updating our Quick Start Guides on Printing, Copying, and Scanning and you’ll be able to download these from our Fact Sheets page on StaffNet soon.

Konica Minolta will offer onsite training covering general day-to-day maintenance (e.g. loading paper, sorting paper jams, etc.) during the first weeks of the new service. We’ll advertise these sessions by email soon.
