Intermittent issues accessing MyAberdeen
What is happening?
We are aware of intermittent problems that some people are experiencing accessing our MyAberdeen learning portal - https://abdn.blackboard.com/
Blackboard have been investigating the issue and providing updates through their status page here - https://status.blackboard.com/
What should you do?
Blackboard believe that the problems are now addressed, however, you may still experience connectivity issues for up to 24 hours.
As a workaround, the MyAberdeen service can accessed reliably through the University VDI service - https://vdi.abdn.ac.uk/
