The Centre for Private International Law hosted the third POAM project management meeting

On 28 July 2020, our Dr Katarina Trimmings and Dr Onyoja Momoh hosted the POAM project management and co-ordination meeting, the third of its kind as the project marked 18 months. In keeping with the current times, the Aberdeen team employed the use of the University online platform Collaborate to hold the virtual event, bringing together the project research partners from Croatia, Germany and Italy, as well at the University’s financial and administrative team. The meeting came after a successful International Experts’ Workshop which was held on Collaborate on 19 June 2020, and various other milestones, including significant work on the Best Practice Guide and Training Materials. The key aims of the meeting were to provide an update on project activities, including on refining the latest version of the draft Best Practice Guide and Training Materials, to discuss the organisation of training sessions in each Member State, as well as the academic conference due to be held in Munich later this year.
