As the exams and assessments begin to come to an end for many we would like to update you all on a few important points about the libraries in the run up to, during, and after the Christmas holidays.
If you wish to recall any print books that are standard or four-week loan, to borrow over the winter holidays, you will need to have made the request via Primo by Sunday, 14 December.
If you wish to place a hold on any three-day loan books you will need to do that by Tuesday, 16 December.
All three of our libraries in Aberdeen will be closing at 17.00 on Friday, 19 December for the Christmas holidays, and they will remain closed until Monday, 5 January 2026.
During the week beginning 05/01 the libraries will still have limited hours, with full term-time hours resuming in the week beginning Monday, 12 January 2026.
