Unable to access the pull print queue when printing PDF files.
When printing PDF files, you might see the printer stalling after you click on Pull Print. The printer will try, but not connect to your queue.
To fix this, please login to https://printmanage.abdn.ac.uk and delete any pending .PDF files from your queue.
You should then save .PDF file on your PC or H: drive and then print that document.
We are working with the MFD supplier to fix this problem.
