What is happening?
There is currently a problem with Skype for Business that is affecting all University staff. At present if you attempt to create a new Skype for Business meeting then the request will timeout and an error message will appear, such as the following:
The fault has been acknowledged by Microsoft and it is not local to the University of Aberdeen. Microsoft are working on a fix and aim to have an update issued later this evening.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide an update on the matter as soon as we become aware of further information.
