RESOLVED: Direct Access Problems - Thursday 14 January

We are pleased to advise that the problems with University Direct Access service have been now been rectified

What is happening?

We are pleased to advise that the problems with University Direct Access service have been now been rectified.

Service has been recovered on the old Direct Access server. Migration to the new server is still in place and will happen within 30 minutes of connecting to the old Direct Access server.

What should you do?

We will be de-commissioning this old server so if you have a University managed device that hasn’t been connected to our network for some time, we strongly recommend that you connect it to the mains and log on for at least 30 minutes. The device will migrate to the new Direct Access server during this time window.
