Essential maintenance on file storage - some file shares will be briefly unavailable
What is happening?
As a result of the file storage issues we experienced last week, we will be undertaking a further period of maintenance tonight, Tuesday 7th July between 6pm and 8pm. During this time period file access is at risk as there will be intermittent periods when your files are unavailable.
What should you do?
If you are planning to work on documents that are stored on the affected shared drives during this time period, please save your work locally onto your hard drive or a USB drive. After this period, copy these files back to the shared drive to enable them to be backed up overnight.
